A restaurant owner in Florida needed a custom artificial pine tree that would fit onto an existing planter base inside the dining area. The tree had to match specific length, width, and height requirements to sit properly on the base and fit the space.

The client had one main requirement:
Two challenges shaped this project:
Made-to-order sizing: We produced the tree based on the client’s specific dimensions. Our team paid close attention to every measurement throughout production, from the steel frame to the final bark texture.

Careful welding of the internal frame: The internal steel structure was welded with extra care to ensure the tree would stand securely on the existing planter base.
Hand-finished trunk: The trunk was hand-sculpted with realistic bark texture, giving the tree a natural, bonsai-style appearance suitable for a restaurant setting.
Delivery coordination: The tree was packed and shipped by sea. Because the client’s location was in a commercial area with delivery restrictions, we worked with our freight forwarder and the local trucking company to arrange a truck with a lift gate. This ensured the tree could be unloaded smoothly without requiring the client to arrange additional equipment.
The client was happy with the finished tree. When they opened a new restaurant location, they ordered a second custom tree, built to fit the new space at a different address in Florida.
